Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

While creating an account allows you to track orders and view past purchases, it's not mandatory. You can choose to register before shopping or during checkout. Alternatively, you may checkout as a guest for added convenience.

Is it possible to amend my order?

Should you require any modifications, please reach out to us promptly at hello@sarangly or +65 8896 8554 after placing your order. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee modifications once your order is placed. Nonetheless, we will try to accommodate all requests.

What are the available modes of payment?

Payment can be made online via debit/credit card or PayNow/Paylah.

I encounter an issue with my payment, what should I do?

Customisation

What can I have customised?

You can customise texts and/or messages on Sarangly's in-house products, your own products and live events.

How are your products customised?

All customisation is meticulously done by our skilled craftsmen in Singapore, utilising high quality tools and materials to ensure durability.

Lead Time & Delivery

When will I receive my order?

Our standard lead time is around 3-7 days for your order to arrive.
- 2-4 days for production (for bulk and corporate orders, kindly expect a longer lead time of up to 3 weeks, depending on order quantity)
- 1-3 days for shipping

What are your delivery options?

- Standard (5 Working Days): $6.50
- Express (2 Working Days): $25.90
- Urgent (Within 24 Hours): WhatsApp us separately at +65 8896 8554
- Self Collection (3 Working Days): WhatsApp us separately at +65 8896 8554 to book a collection appointment

While we'll make every effort to prioritise your order, our standard lead time is around 3-7 days for your order to arrive. If urgency is a concern, we recommend selecting the express delivery option at checkout.
