If you received a defective/incorrect item, please contact us hello@sarangly or +65 8896 8554 with a photo of the item and your order ID.
Once approved, you may return the item to us via mail and we will send you the correct item free of charge. All defective/incorrect items must be unused and in their original packaging.
As our items are customised, we do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications. Please ensure all details provided for customisation are accurate before confirming your order.
Refunds are not typically provided once the customisaion service has commenced or the project has been initiated. However, if there are any issues or discrepancies with the service provided, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
Live events are strictly non-exchangeable/non-refundable. We offer a one-time rescheduling, kindly drop us an email or call at least 4 hours before start of session.
